After 20+ years serving customers in the greater Los Angeles area and working with some excellent IT providers, I started getting asked by other owners to help them with specific questions about their IT business. Having been a certified coach, I saw the opportunity to make a large impact on MSP’s and their growth. Bottom line, I wanted to help.
Now all these years later, I am so happy to be working on the behalf of my clients to watch them succeed and grow. As your coach you will get my experience from over 20 years of facilitating change that led to exponential growth in the organizations I worked for.
I had titles that ranged from COO to VP of Sales. I also spent time in corporate life as a controller so I have a deep understanding of business fundamentals and financials.
This is a safe space - and honestly, as we work on your business.. we will work on you. Using a combination of instructional coaching for your business and interpersonal coaching to help with time management, executive function as well as overcoming fears and resistance.
